That Friday Feeling

Bright and sunny all day.

A hospital appointment for Alan with the consultant this morning.   He was pleased with his progress and he had gained 4kgs in the last two months so that is good.

Afterwards we went to Tesco, the largest in the area and were pleased with the store and range of products and the staff were very helpful.   It is not a supermarket we shop in usually but we will go again.

Alan had another trip out to the post office and chemist on his own again so I expect he will sleep tonight!
