An interesting job this afternoon, the Council have been chasing a waterleak for a couple of months. Today I got a Service Request to investigate. A Chlorine test showed no Free or Combined Chlorine, but my nose told me straight away it was sewer. A few checks and bingo I found the area of concern and the cause. Sometimes jobs become over complicated because the basic checks are not done.
