You'd imagine that in Vancouver, rain is business as usual. Not when it comes to traffic. 

Had to shuttle daughters E & H to their jobs as their buses were all stalled somewhere. Then shuttled A to his tkd and back. On days like this I'm glad I don't have to cross the bridges.
