Gateway in sight

Work is quite relentless at the moment. My conclusion is that the NGO sector has been so self-flagellating over the years that it’s now permanently locked in a cycle of workloads too heavy for each person, supported by a philanthropic community that doesn’t recognise the need to resource it to be on a par with other sectors.

These are the words of an NGO worker turning off the laptop at 12.45am and using blip as a platform to have a mini-release.

The finish line before some annual leave is almost in sight, clogged by management processes and an over-spilling inbox.
