they’re still fluttering around - well, a few are - and this one obliged me - but stopping only for a quick - moment against a backdrop - which ended up looking - almost black in the sunlight - and showing off considerable - battle scars on his wings - yet they aren’t slowing him - down at all - oh no, they’re on a mission now - time is growing short - as the days to leave - to head south grow closer

but i was in my element - to be able to have another - day to sweet talk with - butterflies just brings a joy - like none other - and in the simplest words - makes this day...
