Blow-down...

It's been a lovely day other than few spots of rain for the most part it was warm sunshine all the way.

Chris assures me that this is the best job on the farm and he looks forward to it every year. Before the combine can be put away until next harvest it has to be throughly cleaned. Step one a blow-down to get rid of all the dust, straw, grain and beans that have found their way into every nook and cranny... I took the photo at the end of the operation so much dust that I didn't want to get the camera out...

Next a steam clean and after harvest service.
