Madonna of the Bass Rock

I’m spending rather a lot of time at the Royal Infirmary of late. The hospital has a fair number of interesting artwork to brighten up the anonymous corridors. I have a soft spot for the work of the late John Bellany and his depiction of the Bass Rock with Madonna and Child always catches my eye.
