Back to training...
At the beginning of 2011 my Pilates teacher inspired me to start running. From puffing out 30sec running intervals in January, I very proudly ran my first 5k in July at 38mins, I never ever thought I could do this! Setting my sights on a 10k there were more fun 5k runs and then injury struck twice, a period of recovery, a retirement, a big trip, a house move and finally in Jan 2013 I begin again....
But will get there, my eyes are set on 10k by the years end...
