Strange couple of hours of insomnia early in the morning, lie in, decent dog walk, chores, rum club, early to bed methinks.

Wandered along the canal and Water of Leith to Colinton. Many folk out jogging who look like they weren't doing it a month ago. The smell of good intentions in the air.
