Wednesday: Tortoiseshell Butterfly

Very windy and heavy rain all night but it cleared by 9 this morning.
MrD had to take his motorbike to Chester to have a new exhaust fitted, he got a little wet.
Plants I’d put in the narrow border yesterday were nicely watered in!
This butterfly was on the curtains but had got itself so covered in spider web that it couldn’t fly, managed to remove the web without causing too much damage - lovely to see it flying off.
Started crocheting a flower, maybe I’ll get it finished ...
