A Grand Pile

Every time I go to Dundee I rant at this view. Whether it constitutes a Grand Pile or not I leave you to decide.
Dundee city fathers ran an international competition for a design of a V&A museum to be built on the regenerated waterfront. Before it is even finished and opened  some ( insert noun here ) on the cooncil decides it's OK to block the view of this striking piece of architecture with a uninspiring chunk of four star hotel - I actually thought it was a car park when it was going up.
