My third steam related blip in a row!

Mrsfb had her first session of hydrotherapy today and while I was waiting I had a wander and came across this unexpected nature reserve. It's basically a 1km long railway cutting which used to be part of the Banbury and Cheltenham District Railway which was absorbed by the GWR in 1897. The trains stopped running after Beeching in 1964.

I didn't see or hear another soul during the half hour I was there, but I was given the evil eye by a black cat, and saw the tail end of a very healthy looking fox as it disappeared into the underground.

Interesting graffiti, but not up to Bristol standards!
