Time to take a break

I have a niggle in my ankle that flares up from time to time...

This is one of the times! :-(

Tried to run on it this morning but it wasn't having it at all... So was back at the car within 25 minutes of leaving it! (after walking back)

Midge also seemed to aquire a limp on the way back... not sure if it was a sympathy limp!

She seems fine now...
I on the other hand... Not so.

Usually if I rest it, it recovers... that's the hard part though!
