The Twelve Apostles

This is what everyone drives Great Ocean Road for! Although the name is fairly misleading in my opinion because there are only about 7.5 apostles left. Nonetheless, these limestone formations are quite impressive. We picked the perfect day to see them too, nice temperature outside and the sky and water were clear.

It was really difficult to choose today's photo because we made quite a few stops on the way and I saw my first wild koala! And then about 50 more, including one that was only about 7 feet off the ground hanging out in a tree :) There are so many in this area that they started stripping the eucalyptus off the trees and had to he relocated because they were starving. Anyways, I decided to go with the main event instead. I figured that I'll likely see another koala or two in the next 6 months!
