Day 4

Day 4......Saint Symphorien......lazy day today with very little driving. We woke late, had breakfast late and then had a lovely walk down to the river and small lake on the campsite. We came back, sat and read a while, fell asleep, had a late lunch and went to visit Chateau de Cazaneuve. It’s a beautifully preserved place and worth a visit. There are Troglodyte caves under it which are now wine cellars etc. Parts of the house are still used by the current owners who live on site. We did a bit of grocery shopping then I cooked our supper which we ate late!! Lovely relaxing day before our trip to San Sebastián in Spain tomorrow. Only about a 2 hours or so drive from here. Loving this life!
