Birthday presents for Mummy hazelh

Here are our birthday presents for Mummy hazelh, who turns 80 this week. On the left is a zip-up pouch that depicts Lindisfarne Castle. On the right is a wee golden photo album into which we have inserted the best 24 photographs of our recent highland holiday. The snap of the three of us was taken by the River Tay in Dunkeld on 19th August, and the picture below it is of the decorated ceiling of St Mary's church, which we visited on August 20th.

I'm taking a half day on Friday afternoon to make an early start on the official birthday celebrations with my mother and sisters, so this afternoon I worked my way through my email backlog (again).

Exercise today: one hour on the exercise bike.
