Was feeling a little bit crappy first thing (after feeling very crappy yesterday) so was pretty late getting up. I’d just got out of the shower when there was a knock at the door, and there was Matt. Stood in the rain, bearing breakfasty gifts. What an angel.

We ate and watched Peaky’s, then he headed into work and I popped to Asda for a few things. Cooked dinner for later and did a few chores, then met Matt in town when he finished. We grabbed a quick drink then went to watch Once Upon A Time In Hollywood - very good, I recommend.

When it finished we worked out that if we walked home and cooked the food I’d made earlier it would be gone midnight before we ate. So we got takeaway on the way home. Oops.
