Emirates Cable Car

We did it! Or should I say some of us did it, for our 2 grandsons it was like a walk in the park. To us, his grandparents, it was another one of life's great experiences and certainly one not to be missed.
To son and daughter in law - well!! D-i-l decided she simply couldn't do it, but Simon pushed himself to the limit and sat petrified and very, very quiet as we crossed from O2 to Excel side. As we had return tickets it soon dawned on him that he'd have to do it not once but twice. So, after hearing a number of words I certainly hadn't taught him, he came back in sulky silence which only lifted when we arrived at our 3rd venue, the fabulous Borough Market.
The Cable Car is brilliant and I would heartily recommend it - thank you Emirates!
