The Path That's Set Before Me

I’m in a confused state as I wake today. On one hand I’m surrounded by a season of death that’s very close to me, and on the other I’m moments away from leaving for our sweet southern homestead. To leave, or not to leave, that’s my dilemma. The answer is in where God wants me to be. The answer is in discerning where the Spirit wants me to be. And so I pray, and then patiently wait for his guidance to be revealed. Meanwhile I contemplate what is it that I can learn from this situation. God is always providing a lesson to be  learned. Everything has a purpose, I’m walking through this season for a reason and I’m encouraged to look for the light in this darkness. Lord, help my heart be still as I pray continuously for the path that’s set before me.
