Reflections

The theme for MonoMonday is Reflections. Thanks to Nickimags888  for hosting.
I posted my First blip on Sept. 9 2012, so I think of today as my blip birthday. I haven't missed a day since then, and I'd never have thought that I'd post on 2555 consecutive days. My statistics show that I have 2667 blips so I must have posted 112 backblips, and those are counted in the "official" Blip birthday. Didn't realize there were that many, must go back for a look at those backblips.
I often post images from Burgoyne Bay, so I thought one from there would be appropriate for today. I flipped the image clockwise and liked how the houseboat and its reflections looked like some strange suspended object. There are some cloud reflections in the ripples too.
As I was walking in the rain, I reflected on blipping and how it's as good as a dog for getting me out most days to walk and to look for whatever catches my eye. I would walk anyway, but I really enjoy how blipping focuses my attention even more on all the interesting things around me. 
Blip is such a wonderful site for seeing photos from so many places around the world and for make connections with other blippers.  I'm very grateful to the people who work behind the scenes to keep this site thriving. Can't imagine not posting every day now!
