Protojam

Tonight’s job, now complete.  Six jars of  Bramble Jelly cooling in the hostel kitchen.  One for the friend who lent me her jamming pan and donated some jars. One to open with Ruth on Thursday.  One for a friend far away.   The rest will await sponge cakes and puddings at home :-)

Extra interest at Quarryman’s Cabin (Aber Cafe) this morning when the boss was delayed and I got to set up and open on my own.  A few new things learnt!
