Carob & Vanilla Cake

Since becoming a Vegan a year ago, ( I've been a Vegetarian for approx 30 years) I have very seldom made cakes, then a friend asked if I could make some for the McMillan Coffee Morning she is holding at the end of September; so I thought I should try & this turned out beautifully, so tasty too.
