Alice was here at 10am which allowed mummy to go and sort some paperwork which enabled Zak to start pre-school tomorrow and 3.5 years old.

Another restful day tho I did walk around a supermarket without a stick which was some achievement

No pain again - I even dried up the washing up some thing I've not done for a while.
