Lecce

The train from Rome to Lecce was fast, very comfortable and arrived after a five and a half hour journey dead on time. I left my iPad on the train - a very old one - and it left for Rome later on in the day. Italian railways are trying to retrieve it. They are wonderful.
Little time to explore but Lecce could become my favourite Italian town. The ice cream we had in the evening was glorious. Enough to make me want to stay here. And just look how blue the sky is.
