Yesterday, while I was walking around Buttermere, D was visiting Samye Ling Monastery near Eskdalemuir, with our friend Jill. He brought back these prayer flags and today we hung them from the branches of the cherry tree, where they are fluttering in the wind, sending prayers to all sentient beings :-)
