Broken waters

Eight days after Nikki's waters burst we unfortunately had some more leaks today. This time more domestic related.

Being an old tenement, we share our drains with ten other residents, so for the last couple of days, when they've drained their baths and washing machines the contents have been finding their way to our bathroom and kitchen floors!

Fortunately it didn't smell like sewerage but with a young baby in tow, I wasn't prepared to take any chances, calling Scottish Water for peace of mind.

On the positive side at least I've now meet all or neighbours (and apologised for any noise pollution from our wee man).

Here he is on the way to the coffee shop looking cute enough to rescue any bad day.
