Curlew

Had a trip to the river Ythan today. There were lots of birds about, but there was a strong cold wind. I watched this curlew pick up the crab several times and I think removed legs; some of the legs have already gone in the main picture.  In Extras, the crab's legless body is about to be dropped on the tiny island, then a gull swooped in and stole it.
