Busy Sunday

I had to be up early for my dance exam today. I only have to do it once a year- it's a formality as without it you aren't eligible to compete- but once is enough! 

I'm normally super nervous, but although they were running late and we had to hang around in the freezing cold (13 degrees), once we got in there it wasn't so bad. I was first up which suited me just fine- no stressing out while you wait for your turn! My ballroom went pretty well considering I don't know the routines. Latin was a bit more of a car-crash, especially Samba, which I love, but if you have no routine then you're kind of screwed. The examiner was cool though- at the end of it she said "don't worry, you don't have to do it again!". 

By 12pm I was home and then made some fruit for breakfast. The rest of the day I ran errands- ordered stuff online and then went to the pub with S. I didn't really want to go, as I wanted to go to the gym, and when I got home I was annoyed I couldn't go. 

It was gorgeously sunny but quite cool- more like early October than September.
