Kiln open - this weekend only!

The Porty Art Walk just goes on treating us to new sights, and sites where artists here are beavering away in a myriad of media! This early 20th century kiln was used by the Buchan pottery to fire its clay artefacts. There are two of these bottle kilns - the second has recently been partially demolished prior to being restored to its former glory. Great that our local heritage is being preserved for future generations.
