Saturday: Blue

Had a catch up morning which was very pleasant. Mid afternoon we headed back to east Van, a neighbourhood we’re enjoying exploring more. We started in the Antique Market which we walked past last weekend. I have to say, though, very disappointing. The majority of the stuff wasn’t antique but mass-produced from China. Worse than that, though, having lived in China and spent a fair bit of time in India we knew just how horrendous their markup prices were - so we shan’t be heading back there.

From there we did a bit of a brewery tour (yes, again), heading to Callister, back to Storm, Slow Hand (tiny and only open two weeks so it was nice to support them) before finishing off at Andina. For food we headed into Chinatown and had dinner at Fat Mao’s.

All in all, a good day.
