Largs Viking Festival

We queued for and hour to travel a couple of miles down the Haylie Brae but were rewarded with a parking place (amazing when it was so busy!) and a table outside The Green Shutters for a welcome cuppa and cake in the lovely warm sunshine! Lots to see and do and we booked a table for dinner with a view of the sunset and the Viking torchlight parade  (Vikings photos out of focus so none to blip). The evening ended with the burning of a Viking ship, which  we missed and a spectacular firework display - a great day spent with friends!
