Fucks Given ~ Zero

Today we arrived at Ripple Retreat. The most beautiful place. Great scenery, amazing architecture, high tec everything, smells fantastic, welcoming, peaceful...... I could go on and on and on.

We just feel Joes loss massively. We booked to come here say back in February (these were the only dates we could get) but we never thought Joe would be gone before we got here. We cried alot when we arrived as we knew he would have loved it.

Anyway, we had a scoot around Callander then back here for some wild swimming off our pier. It was warm for a September day in Scotland. Pip made us a really lovely crab pasta - Phil and Holly's recipe and we all drank procecco.

So, this is another charity you could consider raising money for or donating to. It's called Ripple Retreat (for families living with a child who has cancer and can also be used by the family if like us the child dies); and the charity is: It's Good To Give.
