Brambles

Due to the extremely untidy nature of the back border at the allotment, I have been able to pick a modest crop of our own blackberries. Thought I'd try making bramble whisky, having been sent a timely recipe by the Woodland Trust. (Ogatodomar could use up any surplus cooking whisky like this, assuming there are brambles in Brussels somewhere like CC's overgrown back yard).
