Farm Fit

I kept checking Twitter but it seems that the osprey didn't show at Panshanger today. Ollie dog and I went for a walk at Lodge Farm after lunch. I like that they bale their straw into big rectangles rather than the usual rolls. 

This young woman ran past us. I really admire her fitness. I love her London Landmark Half Marathon tee shirt. She was running with her spaniel. I didn't get it in shot because, typically of the breed, it was frantically exploring either side of the path.
