Good thing gone wrong

There was a day last week when I'd been wakened very early. I'd also had a "while you were out" card from the post office. So I decided to use the fact that I was up to go and get whatever was being held hostage by the post office.

I'd done a Good Thing on the way up the road - still pre 8am. I'd gone to a local roll shop and bought breakfast to take up the road.

There was coffee.
There was a bumpy road.
There was a gooey mess when I got up the road.

The internet told me bicarb of soda then a mix of vinegar and water. Douse it, let it dry then agitate to get off. No more mess or smell.

Today was "try and get it off" day. I couldn't use the proper vacuum because the skip is still on my drive and I could only use a wee hand hoover.

But at least there is no stale milk smell.....
