Preparation For The 'C' Word Begins

Finding I had the day to myself I took the opportunity to start the Christmas cake preparations. Here's the dried fruit weighed, ready to have each and every individual fruit checked over (for stalks and things) and mixed together before being doused in a mixture of alcoholic beverage and left to soak until I can be bothered  there is time to make the cake.
The longer, the better.
