Cough

I didn't go Parkrunning, or in fact any running, today as I've had a cold for a few days and didn't fancy coughing up bits of lung all day.

Having said that I then spent two hours digging potatoes, weeding and moving eight barrow loads of compost around the allotment as well as another two tidying up the garden and planting some of my recent purchases. I did flake at about 5pm. Not finished but completly out of energy.

Saturday night TV and some sort of 'chicken, mushroom and rice type thing' for tea
