Is it a bus? Is it a train? Actually it’s an overland train, tube and bus which was created for a TV commercial in the 90s when the travelcard was introduced.

This exhibit sits at the flying club when not at shows and was the backdrop to our BBQ this evening. Feeling slightly sulky I missed out on Bournemouth Air Show and catching up with a few of my favourite flying pals.

My friend opened some champagne so that’s taken the edge off my grump.
