Half moon

I wanted to get a shot of the moon and Venus but Venus looked a bit insignificant in my shot.

So this is just the moon

I am reading an interesting book about the Apollo moon missions.  It's amazing that no-one has been to the moon since 1972.   Interestingly,  this shot was taken around the time that India was unsuccessfully trying to land a probe at the lunar south pole.
