3 Generations

Today I was beating, in shirt and waistcoat most of the time! I know its not September on a Grouse moor but it felt like it!
Aboves family portrait is Brian, his son Carl, his daughters Charlotte and Victoria and their cousin Hugh. The girls joined us in the beating line while Hugh had some shooting supervised by Brian. I just felt this made a nice record of the three generations enjoying the day out! I thank them all for the cooporation.

I have to end today by reporting a new star in the heavens tonight, a sorely missed friend and fellow Blipper lost to us all . YR did not make it home from his last NHS holiday. :¬(
