A visitor

Shifting wood today from an oak i felled in early spring. Won’t be ready for this year. Felling, cutting splitting and storing wood has its own timelines. An accumulating inventory of heat with differing release dates.

By the end of the day it had turned humid and the horseflies were out.

All the while keeping an eye on Brexit, the radio playing across my phone.
