Club Triumph 10 Countries Run Day 3

Another early start, cars were prepped and furled in time for us to get breakfast at 7.30am and on the road at 8. Our first destination was the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, weirdly exactly the same place Annie and I were in 3 years ago today. We drove up into the clouds and near the top the visibility was poor and the ground was covered in snow...but we all made it as proven with the blip.

Down the other side, we spent the day up and down some spectacular passes in Austria and on into Germany before eventually stopping mid afternoon at  Oberammergau where we took a break to ride the Alpine Coaster - the longest all-weather toboggan run in the world apparently. Annie and I have been before (with the girls) but it was just as good as we remembered.

Then on into Germany to Augsburg for our overnight stay. Across our four cars we have a few niggles but nothing stopping us. Our car continues to run well. Tomorrow is another day of over 350 miles to get us up to 10 countries.
