Its 2 weeks since we stopped smoking, well, Beloved did.

I've found it really difficult after meals, especially of an evening. I stumbled on just having 1 a day Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, so I'm not far behind her.

After our evening meal is still hard, the rest of the time I'm fine.
