Busy, busy, busy......
As predicted, it was very busy in the shop today. Lots of American visitors buying caramel shortbread.
We were very busy baking as the shop has been asked to provide treats for the Dukes Weekender competitors and also to have a pop up shop for the spectators. I made cream patissiere and baked coconut and chocolate macaroons, ginger biscuits and smartie cookies, raspberry fudge and white chocolate cookies and lemon and elderberry fudge cookies. Phew!
