The trimmings are down

The Christmas trimmings are down. I thought I would be getting a hand from husband... you know, up and down the ladders to the loft with boxes, helping tape up. NO!! Hull city had an FA cup match that desperately needed attending!!!! Ended up doing it myself.
Christmas trimming can make such a mess, its not just the putting away of said trimmings its the dusting and keeping the dogs out of the bauble boxes!! Im shattered.
Is it just me or is the football season extraordinary long!!!!!!!
