Love Borage not Porridge

Discharged by the Oncologist this morning and passed back to Gynaecology who will monitor me for the next five years.  I just need a CT scan before my November appointment.

JJ and I went to a camera club in MK yesterday evening as there was a talk and demonstration by David Smith of Olympus Cameras.  I'm so pleased we went, it was very light-hearted and I think I learned a little about Pro-Capture, Focus Stacking and playing with lights.

I've had a little play with pro-capture this afternoon, hand held and dropping an ice-cube into a glass of water.  Using a tripod and remote is the way to go, but it wasn't altogether unsuccessful.
