Speculaas

As soon as the letter R is back in the name of the month, it’s allowed to eat speculaas-cookies again. Well, at least that how it works in my family, it’s especially a rule my mother and I maintain as law.

We’re a bit late this year, but today she texted me it was that time of year again.
In return I sent her this photo of speculaas I already had in stock. Very funny.

Delicious! Great on bread too with lots of butter.
