Roedd damwain ar y llwybr seiclo'r bore 'ma a wnaeth beiciwr daro'r ddaear. Stopiodd bawb i helpu, gwneud siŵr bod y beiciwr yn iawn, galw ambiwlans ac yn aros nes iddo fe gyrraedd. Bob tro rydw i wedi gweld digwyddiad fel 'ma ymateb cyntaf pobl yw caredigrwydd. Mae pawb yn helpu mewn unrhyw ffordd maen nhw'n gallu tan mae'r person mewn angen yn ddiogel ac yn cael ei drin. Yna, rydyn ni'n mynd  ein ffyrdd gwahanol. Y tro hwn roedd yn dda i weld bod y beiciwr eisoes yn edrych yn well cyn aeth yr ambiwlans

There was an accident on the cycle path this morning and a cyclist hit the ground. Everyone stopped to help, made sure the cyclist was OK, called an ambulance and waited until it arrived. Every time I've seen an incident like this, people's first reaction is kindness. Everyone helps in any way they can until the person in need is safe and treated. Then we go our different ways. This time it was good to see that the cyclist was already looking better before the ambulance went
