Finished the Cake

Today i finished a cake order and drove 20 miles to meet the lady who ordered it to delver it to her. I sat waiting in the small car park and realised what I was looking at. The inscription above the door reads, "Reading Room and Library, Instituted in  1852 by Major the Honourable  Robert Baillie"   And a further inscription telling us that it was "Enlarged 1862 " 
Although the building looks shabby and sorely in need of TLC I found it intriguing. I particularly liked the unusual fixings for the drainpipes - All in extras
