The commuting nightmare

A long journey today from London to Sheringham in Norfolk and back.

Lots of coastal shots, even a couple of surfers in the North Sea.

But the two shots taken at Liverpool Street Station at the start of my journey were more interesting. The main photo shows the crowded concourse. The extra was shot through the window of my train. It reminded me of the matchstick people in Lowry’s painting.

I commuted for a short while so I can empathise with these people who battle to and work each day
